Bridal shower bingo is anything but your normal game of bingo. In fact, bridal bingo is so far from traditional bingo that many people would rather the word bingo not even appear in the name. Of course, whatever your position on the great bridal bingo debate, you have to admit that the game is one thing: fun.

Bridal bingo varies from region to region and family to family in terms of rules and process, but there are certain aspects that remain the same no matter who is playing bingo. The basic idea behind the game is to create small stories for each square on the bridal shower bingo board. Rather than just letters and numbers, bridal shower bingo might include something like “Katie’s first kiss” on one of the squares. Like normal bingo, the winner of shower bingo is the first person to get a full row horizontally, diagonally, or vertically.

Of course, wedding shower bingo can take a decent amount of time for any bridesmaid to set up, but it is often worth it. The shower bingo can be made even more fun by including little photos of the bride in her various escapades on the squares, and you could even play with two or three different themes of cards to really up the ante.
