Bachelorette party invitations are your chance to be racy
Bachelorette party invitations and bachelorette parties tend to
get a pretty racy reputation, but the truth is that they don’t have
to necessarily be racy at all. In fact, many bridesmaids are now
sending out tamer invitations to tamer bachelorette parties because
brides are enjoying just spending time with their girlfriends rather
than being expected to go to strip clubs or other such places and
would rather continue the tone of the bridal shower through their
bachelorette party. Because of this, many bachelorette party invitations
are now starting to look just like shower invitations in that they’re
simpler, sweeter, and more straightforward.
Bachelorette invitations don’t have to be any specific theme or
idea, though. If you and the bridesmaids want to treat your bride
to a night out on the town, by all means do it! Many people are
now using electronic or online invites in place of the traditional
paper invites because they give them a chance to take a little more
time planning the event as well as invite a few more people. The
online or electronic bachelorette invitations are also a little
more interesting because they can be animated, look very retro,
and allow for easier guest list management.
Bachelorette invitations don’t have to be some massively formal
affair. Nobody goes to fine stationery stores and has bachelorette
party invitations printed for the party, but nobody just writes
the information on an index card and mails it out, either. Try to
make your invites for the bachelorette party interesting and funky,
keep them in line with the theme of the party, but don’t go too
overboard. After all, it’s the time with you that the bride will
love, not the invitations.
